I’m a professional musician and have been fortunate enough to work with, and for, some inspirational songwriters, musicians and Composers.

The thread that I found runs through all my musical experiences and Yoga has been empathy.

Jo and I have sought to create pieces of music that ‘accompany’ your practice in the sense that it’s sometimes passive, sometimes leading but always sensitive and appropriate.

Whether the practice is dynamic or transcendental we aim to open and inspire your practice.
